Danielle Lookabill
Danielle got her Bachelors Degree in English Language and Literature from Winthrop University, with the hopes of becoming a teacher. It didn’t take long for her to realize that was not the dream for her. After growing up in a small farming town in South Carolina (really small ya’ll), Danielle moved to Charlotte. She was a nanny for 15 years, and after years of managing other people’s lives, she decided to pursue her dream of marketing and web design. But obviously, you can take the girl out of the small town, but you can’t take the small town out of the girl. Danielle moved to Rutherfordton in July 2022 to be closer to friends and is happier than ever. Nothing beats mountain views, great friends, and small-town friendly people.
Danielle came to Winning Edge by pure serendipity. When she moved to Rutherfordton, she started working for Kate at CrateInsider.com as Director of Data Governance, Marketing, and Web Design-and decided she had found her people. Kate is always willing to figure out a way to make her friends goals and dreams happen. So together with Tori, they founded Winning Edge Studio.
Danielle is our in-house wordsmith. She loves telling our client’s stories and making sure your content reflects you to the fullest. When not at the office using her pen (or keyboard) as her sword- you can find her soaking in the mountain views with a glass of wine, playing board games with friends, reading a great book, baking delicious treats, or snuggling with her adorable dogs- Max and Willow.
Tori Radford
Tori is a hometown native to the Rutherford County, NC area. During college, she found her calling-Marketing. She got her degree in Business Administration, with a minor in marketing.
Tori is a dedicated member of her church, where she frequently gives sermons and is a volunteer in the nursery. She is a valued member of her community, and it’s evident in her relationships.
Tori works alongside Kate and Danielle at CrateInsider.com, where she serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Tori is our “jack of all trades”, she can switch tasks at the drop of a hat and not miss a beat. She’s constantly keeping us in line here at Winning Edge, and making sure we’re on task. Tori is also our in house Canva and media design expert. You can find her editing images and making the coolest graphics we’ve ever seen.
Tori has two children- Braxton and Addison. When not at work, she can be found with her family. She always has a hot meal on the table, and is an amazing cook! She’s also an animal lover, and has two dogs- Montana and Luke. Obviously, Tori is always busy!
